Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DLX AI Studio ("the Service"), available at ai.deeplegacyx.com, is operated by DeepLegacy X LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides AI-assisted image generation and editing tools (identity swap, face merge, thumbnails, dataset generation) powered by third-party AI models. Generations consume prepaid credits. Features, models, and prices may change as the Service evolves.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may be created at checkout when you purchase credits; you must set a password to activate access.

4. Credits and payments

• Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and usable only inside the Service. Credits do not expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Because generations incur immediate third-party compute costs, purchased credits are non-refundable once spent. Unspent credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request, where required by applicable law.
• If a generation fails on our side, the corresponding credits are not charged (or are automatically returned).

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is adult, sexually explicit, or contains nudity — the generation of adult content is strictly prohibited on this Service;
• depicts or sexualizes minors in any form or context — zero tolerance, reported where required by law;
• impersonates a real person or uses a real person's likeness without their explicit consent (non-consensual deepfakes);
• is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, violent, or promotes illegal activity;
• infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• is used to mislead, defraud, or deceive (including fake documents or fraudulent identity material).

We may remove content, withhold outputs, suspend or terminate accounts, and forfeit remaining credits for violations of this section.

6. Your content and outputs

You retain ownership of images you upload and warrant that you have the rights to use them. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to operate the Service (including transmission to the third-party model providers that perform the generation). Subject to these Terms and to the licenses of the underlying model providers, you own the outputs you generate and may use them commercially.

7. Third-party models

Generations are performed by third-party AI models accessed through infrastructure providers. Output quality is not guaranteed, and the model providers' own usage terms may apply to outputs.

8. Storage

Generated results are stored in your private gallery. We may set reasonable storage limits and delete content associated with terminated accounts.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections 5, 6, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
